In sharp contrast to last year’s knee-deep mud fest, not a drop of rain was seen at 2013’s edition of Dour. This year also marked our beloved festival’s 25th anniversary and although it’s a monster-sized dinosaur of an event with a programme as long as your arm, Dour hasn’t lost its penchant for new bands and all kinds of genres. Amongst the memorable highlights of 2013 were most definitely the sweat-drenched Tour de Force of Californian garage rock outfit Thee Oh Sees, chef-turned-hip-hop star Action Bronson and American indie rockers DIIV. Happy Birthday Dour!
